Order Processing

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Important: Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. Peptide Wellness reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product availability, payment issues, verification concerns, suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions, or other operational reasons.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout. We do not guarantee shipping availability to every state, territory, or location.

If certain products are restricted in your location, we may cancel the order and issue a refund where appropriate.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when applicable. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays can occur due to weather, holidays, high shipment volume, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Peptide Wellness is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed to the shipping provider.

Discreet Packaging

Orders are shipped in discreet packaging whenever possible. Package appearance may vary depending on the product, shipping method, and fulfillment requirements.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some wellness products may require special handling, insulated packaging, or expedited shipping. If temperature-sensitive packaging is required, details will be provided on the product page or at checkout where applicable.

Customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly after delivery. Peptide Wellness is not responsible for product issues caused by packages being left outside, unattended, or exposed to heat, cold, or weather after confirmed delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Peptide Wellness is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the shipping carrier first.

Peptide Wellness is not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked delivered by the carrier. However, we will review each case and may assist with carrier claim information where possible.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or includes the wrong product, contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name and email used at checkout
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will review the information and determine the appropriate next step, which may include replacement, store credit, refund, or another resolution at our discretion.

Returns

Due to the nature of wellness products, we may not accept returns on opened, used, damaged, tampered, temperature-sensitive, or final-sale products.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within [X] days of delivery if approved by customer support in advance.

Return Requirements

  • Product must be unopened and unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Customer must contact support before sending any return
  • Return must be approved by Peptide Wellness
  • Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable

Do not send products back without approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Refunds may not include original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, processing fees, or other non-refundable costs unless required by law or approved by Peptide Wellness.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. Contact customer support immediately if you need to request a cancellation.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order is submitted.

Final Sale Items

Certain products may be marked final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This may include promotional items, opened products, temperature-sensitive products, or products restricted by safety, quality, or regulatory requirements.
